Terms and Conditions

Standard Charter Trips:

Full payment of your trip will be taken prior to or on the day of your trip.

Please contact us between 6:30pm and 7:30pm on the evening before your trip commences to confirm your trip is definitely going ahead and that the weather is suitable for it to commence.

Anchorman Charter has the right to cancel any trip if we feel it unsafe to fish, we will try to let you know at the earliest opportunity if a trip is going to be cancelled and of course we will endeavour to reschedule your trip for our next possible space or when it is convenient with you.

Please make all payments in cash and if possible bring the correct money.

We offer Rod and Reel hire and charge £5 per set and we will also supply bait at a price on request.

Anchorman Charter will not supply bait unless asked to do so.

If the skipper has reason to feel any person/persons participating on the trip may cause harm to themselves or others or are likely to threaten the safety of the trip or Vessel they will be removed at the nearest port.

Complimentary Tea, Coffee and a snack will be provided for you by ‘Chef Mumford’ during your trip.

Corporate Charter Trips:

Any voucher purchased for Anchorman Charter cannot be redeemed for money.

All vouchers must be used within the dates stated at time of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable, if your trip is cancelled for any reason your voucher will be bound over until another trip is organised for you.

If you or your party are late for the arranged time we will be unable to delay the departure time and no refund or alternative date will be provided. For private parties if you or any of your party are late then the trip will not be extended and refunds will not be permitted.

Refunds will not be permitted unless the trip is cancelled by Anchorman Charter/Mumford Marine Services and then an alternative date will also be offered.
